Kipper Pate
Serves 4
200g kippers
50g soft cream cheese
Ground black pepper
Lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed (or garlic purée)

Place kippers in microwave for 3½ minutes, allow to cool.
Remove skin.
Place in a food processor, with the soft cheese, a little lemon juice, pepper and garlic to taste.
Process until smooth.
