There's a bus leaving shortly. It should take you a week or so to get there

Re: Virtual Holiday
It’s the biggest single thing that me and Mrs RMJ are missing at the moment, the idea that we may not get our holidays in.
We normally get 4 separate weeks in, two in Scotland, one in The Lakes and one in Norfolk, although last year Norfolk was dreadful, they had made a pig farm in a nearby field and we were inundated with flies
I DO hope they relax the rules on travel in a few weeks.

Re: Virtual Holiday
We love Norfolk Lolly.
We always have an afternoon at Sandringhan and Wells-next-the-Sea.
There are some decent beaches at Hunstsnton.
As I posted the holiday was ruined by flies, not just one or two, but dozens in the property.
We stay in a single storey building called The Water House on the Houghton Hall Estate.
It’s a quadrangle design with a central courtyard.
The courtyard is where the pump was to draw water for the estate, a poor unfortunate donkey or mule would be forced to walk round endlessly in circles to work the pump.
The Water House is on the edge of the deer park and is completely isolated
The Hall sits in 17000 acres and was built by Robert Walpole

Re: Virtual Holiday
Sounds really Nice RMJ. Apart from the flies. I had a quick google. The Golden Lion Hotel in Hunstanton has gone into Administration. Shearings being part of the SLG group. You'll most likely have come a cross the place.

Re: Virtual Holiday
It’s a cracking Property Lolly, no other buildings nearby.
I totally chill when I’m there.
It’x lovely in the garden in the morning and evening, the deer come right up the fence,
We tend not to go into Hunstanton town, but there is a nice beach and cliff walks too.
Best of all, a massive field to park your car in.
We are unlikely to return unless we find they’ve moved the pig farm.
