Have you tried the bread mixes, everything is in there just add water. I've used them in the past and had great results.

Ah, I suppose if you are a larger family you'll get through a small one in no time. I like this new compact one I've just got.
It's much lighter than my last one and easy to store when not in use. Do you buy yeast on line?
