Id like one of those, but I imagine there would be a lot of midges in summer. I cant find any prices.

They’re priced at £290,000 on Rightmove, expensive for a 3-bed townhouse.

The townhouses were reduced to £255K yesterday (Rightmove).

There’s also a stamp duty holiday if you buy by 30th June.

The houses are now selling for £250K+ with stamp duty/ £500 legal fees paid. (Rightmove)

I’m not sure any have sold as yet, but think if one were to be lived in then the others could soon follow suit. If they would give one to me, I’d be willing to do it. Very Happy

The houses all seemed empty when I walked past them recently,
but checking on the website it appears they are all now sold! Thumbs Up

If they have it must be someone with a lot of dosh.  I don't remember them having those wooden partitions between the properties. I think they spoil the appearance

It offers subsidised rent payments set at 80% of the local market rate for a fixed period of 6 months - 5 years, ideally to allow renters to save for a deposit to put towards buying the home. If you spend it, you run the risk of losing the property after your rental period is up.
