Got all Fred's videos,went to his funeral..we took Owd Dave to look at his house..we shouldn't have been in the church for his funeral really,but one of his mates just said follow me,so sat near his Sons,and all you could smell was smoke as they'd arrived on Fred's steam engine..I painted his portrait so when the new people took over his house,we went on a showing round,and I left his portrait there.

It's a pity the heritage centre had to close
