North Western Station

When was the old foot bridge removed .

If that is the footbridge I think it is, it is still there... or was until recently.

Mr C the one I was thinking of ran from King Street , onto the bridge and down the side of the station coming out at the front left corner of the station front. I don't see it in the later photo . so I just thought that it had been removed at some time .

It ends behind the car park now, but there’s a path from the bottom of the steps so you can walk round & get to the station.

That is the one I was assuming it was.

Lovely to see that iron bridge again. As kids, we used to run across when a steam train was going underneath and the last time I was on that was around 1973.

For sale on ebay.
