Anyone remember getting a prescription like this. I bet it was a real puzzle for the pharmacist. I wonder if mistakes were ever made

b.d or b.i.d - bis in die = Twice a Day
t.d.s - ter die sumendum = Three Times a Day
q.d - quater in die = Four Times a Day
q.h - quartis horis = Every Four Hours
