It was only yesterday that we played that song in our house..I love it,but for some strange reason I always get tearful when I hear it.and would love to know why..it's a beautiful song beautifully sung.

When I lived in Canada, with an unhappy marriage, I would listen to the Last Farewell, I, also, would get tearful as I dreamed of England and Wigan and it's people.
