Seems a bit harsh.
Maybe give him a dressing down or put the incident on his records.

All over a snowman what were Hereford council thinking. Deprive a lad of his job and unable to support his family as if things are not bad enough.

Does seem very harsh. He needs a good bollocking for sure. Maybe this wasn't his first problem behaviour.
