my beloved wife Kathleen has just made a pan of lobby for tea using potatoes,corned dog, onion and a touch of oxo,she informs me that when it is ready she will then put it into a brown potatoe pie dish,(which she purchased off Wigan market many moons ago)and make a crust and then return it to the oven until the crust is ready,what I would like my chums from Wigan to tell me is this,are we having lobby or prayter pie for tea.

Mrs RMJ, who is a half decent cook, informs that Lobby does NOT have crust on,
but Potato Pie DOES have crust on.

So no such thing as a lobbies pie then
