It’s not looking good at the moment on WW, but as our Admin Lolly has posted on here, I hope Ron the WW Admin can get it up and running.
You are very welcome to join in our chats and activities, quizzes puzzles and such and everybody gets on with no falling out.
It would be nice if a few more Wigan Worlders joined us also.

It seems to be just the 'Communicate' section that is still down. I think Brian should leave it like that.

Brian will sort it eventually.I don't think that Ron has the ability to fix it .I've been a member since 2006 under the username sonlyme.

Since the server died, most of the site is back up and running apart from communicate.

The code is very old. It needs a lot of tinkering to get it to work on the new server.

I'm working on it. 1.5 million database records are intact.

But will we get a goodbye from some?

Do the words 'old oak table' mean anything to you,NM?

In reply to Tommy two strokes on Wigan World.  There will be no forum wars as you put it. I have tried my best to inform members of any progress with Wigan World outage from sources such as twitter
and anything else I see that Brian has  typed. Members here of both Wigan World and Wigan Peers have shown their appreciation of such info. This topic is now locked as it has served is purpose
