Yes the shutter speed is the key. Not too long as I don;t like the really smooth milky water look these days. I still want it to look like water. 1/6" for this one.

Absolutely. And that vision is the hardest thing to teach. I can teach people how to use a camera but if you haven't got 'The eye' then there's a limit to what you can achieve.
