Full of iron.  I love them when they have got big lumps of fat in.  I hope I'm not disappointed at tea time.

They were a bit on th dry side.  They weren't Bury Black puds, but they were tasty.

I used to make my own in my butchers shop in the 70's...AND..I put large chunks of pork fat in them. They were the best that I have ever eaten, although Bury BP's are very good. cheers

I am amazed when I go into a pub restaurant that has a lovely menu of delectable offerings and also include black puddings, dressed up like that, and also lamb liver, etc.

This is peasant food, although good food, (As I am a peasant)
