Thanks Jo anne. The image was on ebay but it didn't give a date.I was thinking mid to late 30s I wasn't that far off.

When I was doing the Wigan Peers banner I very nearly used this image, but I figured the one with people having fun together was more apt. But I still think this is an amazing image.
