Anagram (surprisingly) of RE ENTERED A BRIAR


3)  Standard features with military badge (5 ,3 ,7)   S _ _ _ _       A _ _       S _ _ _ _ _ _
The standard here is a flag.
The wordplay is in three parts.
1 Features or appears in a film, in a lead role maybe.  
2 A word meaning WITH or ALSO.
3  Chevrons on a uniform denoting military rank

 
4)  Sailor with paddle departs on a boat? (6)   A _ _ _ _ D
One of the usual abbreviated sailors with a paddle followed by a timetable abbreviation for departs.
