It still looks nice despite the fence, at least I don’t really notice it anymore.
Though a hiking couple I passed recently commented on seeing it that the area must have its anti-social problems.

I wonder how long its been since the name plate was changed from Cherry and white, to just black and white.

The earliest photo I have of it is 2008 - and it was black.

No111 - The Moon from my front door 2 nights ago. This is the best phase of the moon to get detail in the craters on the edge.

No134 - Wigan Cenotaph. Portland stone Eleanor cross with bronze plaques. The memorial was designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott and is a Grade II* listed war memorial. Taken 060322.
