I can’t find out much more from Grace’s Guide except they were based at Wallgate Works.

This is about all I can find jo anne. Apparently the company may have been in Tower buildings opposite the WNW Station

Re: J H Peck
Great finds, Lolly.
Established around 1808, the business was listed in Baines' directory (1825) as 'George Peck, sail, cart cover and tarporling manufacturer' at Wallgate. Having passed through various members of the family, the company moved to new premises, Tower Buildings, built around 1898.
