I would have expected something as well. There should be signs by now. Are you keeping the compost damp? I would expect that you are, but its worth asking just in case.

Yes just about. I don't want to overwater and find that the bulb has rotted

It's off but its growing a tube, no sign of anything of note. Fingers crossed

An update on my  Amaryllis. It started to sprout something a few days ago.  It's now about a foot tall, no  flowers yet. Hope to post a pic when it does flower.

Meanwhile my christmas tree is doing well in it's pot. I'd planned on planting out in the garden but it likes being on my patio.

Looking forward to seeing the photos lolly.

Here, I have been able to get out into the garden for a short time. not done a lot, just turned over a new border that will be planted in a couple of months, and started to peg out where the plants will be placed.

Here its is. I christened it onion as that's what the bulb looked like. Taken with my phone so not the best pic
