Yes it looks like it.

From what I've read, I understand that the pool was built using imperial measurements so national and international swimming events couldn't use it. They needed pools that were built using metric measurements. Anyway I remember the good times I had using the pool as a youngster. Sometimes there was far to much chlorine used,and ended up with red sore eyes.

I used to love going there every Saturday..but would spend the rest of the day itching something terrible.
