Stormy weather

Hope everyone is ok after storm Gerrit. Some people evacuated after last nights tornado. We were lucky here, or at least I was, no real wind just a lot of rain.

It appears we escaped the worst of it here in Howfen last night , quite windy with a bit of rain, but Stalybridge isn’t that many miles away, blimey, what could have been !!!!!

The Tornado and Storm Research Organisation (TORRO) has issued a severe weather forecast for and the south of England, central England, parts of the north and Wales. It warned that winds of up to 70mph, hail and isolated tornadoes could hit the UK this weekend.
