Car Colours
What colour is your car. Is colour a choice when you buy a car, or are you not bothered. Do you see a car and think I like that colour.
I'm interested to see what colour seems to be a favourite. There seem to be an awful lot of grey cars on the road. My sister in laws car in mint green, you don't see many of them around.

Re: Car Colours
Never had a car.
Unusually, considering my old job, I don't even have a driving licence.
I did have a provisional licence, and they sent me on a learner driving course in 1979, but I found driving soul destroying, and got kicked off the course, after a row with my examiner.
In those days provisional licences had to be renewed annually, so when mine expired, I didn't renew it, to stop the b****rs sending me on another course.

Re: Car Colours
I have been driving for 57 years, god I’m am old git !!!!!!
In that time, certainly for 45 plus years I have made having new cars a priority because of long distances travelling to work.
Because of this I have been able to pick my car colours and I have had most basic colours apart from yellow, probably more red than any.
My current car is a white Skoda Yeti which I am extremely pleased with.
It looks absolutely stunning when just cleaned.
The colour does not show the dust of a dry Summer but does show the mud of wet weather, so swings and roundabouts.
I’m told by Mr Google it is the best or certainly one of the top selling colours in the UK.
At the moment because of not taking holidays and being retired I’m only doing 2500 miles a year, so it will be mine for the foreseeable future or until the great traffic warden in the sky calls my name

Re: Car Colours
Doubtful if I get another new car again though at the moment since all new cars don't have a spare wheel and all manufacturers are starting by not only not supplying a spacesaver car they are removing the spare wheel well and in smaller cars there is not enough space for a spare in the boot, so when you go shopping so If you do want a spare it has to go on the rear seat

Re: Car Colours
Our current car is white, before that light metallic blue then a dark blue then a royal blue. Before that maroon, I have had white vans.
