Cyclist & E bikers
What about cyclist & E bike riders that ride on the pavement Without lights and NO audible warning, I have had quite a few close calls with them What are Peoples opinion about them.

It's illegal to cycle at night with no lights, where's a bobby when you need one though.
It's not illegal to not have a bell on a bike, but. most do. It's up to the cyclist if he/she wants to use it. Daft I know

I often get a two fingered salute on a nearby narrow one way street for not giving them much room despite stopping to allow them to illegally ride the wrong way down the street

Why, when a cyclist is upset and he or even a she hurls verbal abuse at a motorist, why do they do it using a southern accent, normally ending with the very emphasised word of w**ker, when they come from and speak Wigan and Wiganese ?
