Looks to be the work of a Knicker nicker

A pair of my daughters drawer blew off the washing line. Our dog picked them up and went charging down the street with them, daughter in hot persuit. I once had to knock on my neighbours house [single male] and had to ask for my drawers back which had blown off the line.
