A shot I've had planned for a while. This evening the planets aligned and I got there just before sunset. This single exposure was taken over 30 seconds half an hour later. I'd have liked a few more trails down the ramp at the right (and I have shots I could blend to get that) but I'm happier that I managed to get this in one shot.

Years ago 4 of us got in that lift up the tower returning home from a day out coach trip to the lakes, it was so slow I got out at the top and walked back down to beat the lift back down which I won by 6 hours, thats how long it took engineers to get the other 3 out, and the coach carried on back home without them, and they had to thumb a lift back home
