That sounds like an interpretation of the bible, and not an 'extract' from the bible.

Not the Bible, but a very very loose interpretation of Deuteronomy, Chapter 28.  Verses 30 to 33.
I'm not a 'God botherer', nor am I a 'right on trendy leftie', but I do find the inferences that can be drawn from that extract deeply unpleasant.
Perhaps time I packed my bags and hit the road.

Have to agree Mickrick, whoever highlighted that bit of text clearly ment for people to come to a conclusion that would stir up unpleasantness. Facebook has a lot to answer for. Sadly,people fall for this kind of thing.
