According to timeanddate.com parts of the Republic of Ireland and the western UK may catch a glimpse of a partial eclipse during sunset and has provided a breakdown and the time it is due to start:

It'll be a teeny corner on the horizon if we do see it. The Sun will be visible for a very short time as it goes down veru quickly at that stage.
