Tuberculosis

Cases of the Victorian disease tuberculosis are on the rise across England, leaving health officials concerned.
I remember as a very young child a friend of my sister came down with it. Mum rushed us all off the clinic in Millgate to be "looked at"
I don't remember when the TB jab was rolled out but it was many years ago. I thought the disease had been wiped out in the UK. Why are we seeing a resurgence I wonder?

I suppose that there are a lot of people coming into the country from places where this disease is a problem. I don't suppose many of them have a vaccination program.
