Airfrier Biscuits
100g hazelnut chocolate spread
75g plain flour
Three tablespoons full-fat milk
40g chocolate, melted
Method:
Preheat the air fryer to 180C before placing the chocolate spread, flour and milk in a bowl.
Mix the ingredients well and then, using your hands, bring them together to make a firm dough.
Roll the mixture into six evenly sized balls before flattening them into cookies, making sure they are small enough to fit into your air fryer.
Lay a sheet of baking paper in the air fryer basket then place the cookies on top, leaving a little space between each one.
Air fry for eight to 10 minutes before carefully lifting them out and drizzling the melted chocolate over the cookies.
