There is an arrow next to the petrol pump sign on the dash that points to which side you petrol filler cap is.

I never knew that 141

My previous car petrol cap was on the opposite side which made the pump on the left. It took me some time to get used to the new set up. Had I known about the arrow it would have saved me time moving around.

One car I had had a filler cap on both sides, but if you didn't take both caps off you got covered in petrol due to an air lock

When you draw up to the petrol forecourt and you find that you are on the wrong side of the pump.I suppose I could try to get the

petrol hose across the car, but as my bum isn't far off the ground I'd struggle.

Brill RMJ. I'm still finding things out about it. I have to keep referring to the hand book. I set the alarm off the other day.

I didn't even know there was an alarm, so it came as a bit of a shock when it started screaming at me. I was also locked in and the windows wouldn't open. A bit scary Very Happy Very Happy

A bit scary

I'm sure it was Lolly, I hate unfamiliar gadgets and controls.
I bought a new Polo in the early eighties, I only had it 6 months,
it was a little too small as a family car.

Lolly, for obvious reasons your motoring needs have changed this year.
It should be a very economical car to run.

I thought I'd pass this on
you can protect your windshield wipers from vicious ice by putting a pair of socks over them. This will prevent the snow from freezing and keep the wipers as good as new. Since you can’t fit a sock on the mirrors, find an appropriate nylon bag for this purpose.

I never knew you could freeze bananas. I've experimented with one. I defrosted it earlier and it made a beltin smoothie.

You can fire an arrow around an object to hit a target.

Both English and Arabic historic sources have mentioned skilled archers curving arrows around objects.

It has become a practice among some modern-day archers who have proved it can be done.

In fact, an arrow can even be fired with a 180 degree curve to hit an object on the other side of a wall – amazing
